By combining Ten10’s Quality Engineering and Software Testing services with the Ten10 Academy, we are able to leverage experience and knowledge with scale and cost efficiency. The challenge of delivering immediate solutions is addressed by our senior consultants who in turn lead and develop the graduate Academy Engineers in the team, all whilst maintaining focus on your objectives.
Rather than losing the valuable business knowledge and capability when our services conclude, our customers have the option to offer permanent employment to the Academy Engineers.
How It Works
Where an Academy Engineer forms part of a Quality Engineering and Software Testing consulting team delivering a longer term service to a customer, Ten10’s Hybrid Teams model provides the potential for our customers to offer the graduate(s) a permanent role after a period of time. This unique model ensures continuity, capability and knowledge remains, whilst the wider Ten10 consultancy services project may have completed.
The model also allows customers to engage Academy Engineers as a longer-term resourcing solution where they may not have the expertise or capacity to support the graduates within their organisation.
